PedOne™ is focused on supporting the electronic health records
needs of the small practice with an affordable and robust solution.
It is web-based; no special training is needed.
There are several operational scenarios. In one,
an inexpensive
PC server is placed on the premises and we maintain a data center backup
server for archival and emergency purposes. You own the on-site server
and we maintain it. In another, you operate the system entirely from our high-speed hosted data center which is located directly on the Internet backbone for blazing fast connection speeds.

We expect you to have broadband Internet connectivity at your office (the system uses regular Internet e-mail to communicate to the user base).
If you currently do not have this, we can work with you to determine Internet providers and their pros and cons in your area.
The system is fully HIPAA compliant. All sensitive information is encrypted to and from our high-speed hosted data center.
We will work with you to set up the system to work with your preferred e-claims clearinghouse. We have integration experience with common clearinghouses such as MedAvant. The system has automatic reports on claims status and other claims issues that might come up to avoid time-dependent problems on overdue claim responses.
Pricing depends on the number of personnel being supported. The system is subscription based and starts at $600 per month for the smallest private
practice.
